1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bedpkr" means the online betting and casino platform operated at bedpkr.org and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of bedpkr, a company incorporated and licensed under an internationally recognised online gaming jurisdiction.
• "You", "User", "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bedpkr platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account opened by a User on the bedpkr platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's bedpkr wallet at any given time, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus credits held separately.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, slot title, fishing game, or any other product offered on bedpkr.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a User's account under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bedpkr prior to processing withdrawals or as directed by our compliance team.
• "Services" means collectively all sports betting, live casino, slot, fishing game, and any other gambling or gaming products made available on the bedpkr platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bedpkr.org, creating a registered Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bedpkr platform and must not register an Account or place any Wager.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bedpkr with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the bedpkr platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active bedpkr Account.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party when registering or placing Wagers for personal use.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law and in which accessing bedpkr would constitute a legal violation on your part.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either with bedpkr specifically or through any national or international responsible gaming self-exclusion register.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bedpkr or of any software, payment, or games provider supplying services to bedpkr.

bedpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage, including certified copies of national identity documents, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of your Account pending resolution.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bedpkr Account login credentials, including your username and password. bedpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.

You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bedpkr Account that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bedpkr support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bedpkr employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your Account data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security and you are encouraged to take all reasonable personal precautions.

In the event of suspected unauthorised Account access, bedpkr may temporarily suspend your Account pending a security review. During any such suspension, no deposits, withdrawals, or Wagers will be processed until the review is complete and we are satisfied as to the security of the Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bedpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through your bedpkr Account:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is PKR 500. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by bedpkr, although your payment provider may impose its own limits.
• Accepted payment methods are JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing costs.
• bedpkr does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bedpkr wallet within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your bedpkr Account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• bedpkr targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for larger withdrawal amounts subject to enhanced review.
• bedpkr does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider's own fees, if any, are your responsibility.
• Funds derived from Bonus credit must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds that have not been used to wager are not subject to wagering requirements.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the bedpkr platform. Sport-specific rules, casino game rules, and slot game rules are published within the relevant product sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. bedpkr does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a Wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where expressly permitted under applicable sport-specific rules (e.g., event postponement or cancellation).
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error — bedpkr reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to the relevant Account holders at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements. It is your responsibility to confirm the odds shown at the moment of bet placement. bedpkr does not guarantee that the odds displayed at any moment will remain available for the duration required to complete your bet submission.
• Winnings from settled Wagers are credited to your bedpkr wallet promptly following official result confirmation from the relevant sport governing body or game certification system.
• Where a result is subject to an official appeal, review, or investigation by the relevant governing body, bedpkr reserves the right to delay settlement of affected Wagers pending the outcome of such proceedings.
• The maximum payout on any single Wager or combination Wager is subject to limits published in the relevant product section. bedpkr reserves the right to apply stake restrictions to individual Accounts at its discretion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bedpkr offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty incentives to registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the following general bonus rules:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered on qualifying products before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino, jackpot slots) may be excluded or count at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal recreational use of the registered Account holder only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in Account suspension.
• bedpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any valid wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured to their completion.
• A maximum of one active Welcome Bonus per household, device, and IP address applies.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bedpkr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant legal and regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place Wagers, interact with the platform, or exploit any game or betting feature.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from criminal activity or using the platform to transfer or conceal the proceeds of crime.
• Providing false identification or forged KYC documents.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making a deposit on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in organised systematic arbitrage betting using bedpkr promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bedpkr support staff or other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bedpkr platform — including but not limited to the bedpkr brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of bedpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bedpkr platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any bedpkr content without our prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the bedpkr platform.
• Use the bedpkr brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without our prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bedpkr website on any other website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of bedpkr intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

bedpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, bedpkr uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and eligibility to use the Services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and Wager settlements.
• Comply with KYC, anti-money laundering, and responsible gaming obligations.
• Send you service-related communications, including transaction confirmations and security alerts.
• Improve the bedpkr platform and personalise your user experience, subject to applicable privacy laws.

bedpkr does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

bedpkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of users and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.

All registered bedpkr users have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further Wagers will be declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which you will receive a warning notification or be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to the gambling sections of bedpkr for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) while retaining your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your Account to gambling activity. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period regardless of any request made.

12 Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You. You may request closure of your bedpkr Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Pending Wagers will be settled in the normal course and the resulting Balance dealt with accordingly.

12.2 Closure by bedpkr. bedpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 has been identified on your Account.
• Your Account has been flagged in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You have requested self-exclusion and bedpkr is satisfied that continued Account access would be contrary to your responsible gaming interests.

Where bedpkr closes an Account for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms, bedpkr reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and to forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings where bonus abuse has been established.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bedpkr's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bedpkr Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bedpkr shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the bedpkr platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bedpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bedpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bedpkr will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the bedpkr platform and Services following the effective date of any amendments will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bedpkr holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bedpkr, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our customer support channels. bedpkr is committed to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available on request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests pending the resolution of a dispute.
